Individual Services
What do we offer?
- Child and Youth Conselling
Our Child and Youth Counselling services offer a safe and culturally sensitive space for young individuals to explore their emotions, experiences, and challenges. Our counsellors integrate traditional First Nations healing practices with best practice Western therapeutic approaches to provide comprehensive support. We focus on helping children and youth develop resilience, self-esteem, and a strong sense of identity within their cultural context.
- Adult Counselling
Our Adult Counselling services are designed to assist adults in addressing a wide range of emotional, mental, and behavioral concerns. Our counselors blend traditional Indigenous wisdom and contemporary Western methods to guide individuals on their healing journey. We help adults connect with their cultural roots, heal from historical trauma, and develop coping strategies for modern life challenges while respecting and integrating their cultural heritage.
