Payment and Billing for Counselling Services:
We are all approved Mental Health Therapists with Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB). If you are First Nations, at the time of booking your appointment please have your treaty number ready, and/or at the date of your appointment bring your treaty card.
If you are non-status but have a direct blood relative who attended a residential school, we can bill Indian Residential Schoolprogram. We need the name of your relative, their DOB, the name of the residential school they attended and the years they attended e.g., 1961 to 1970.
Currently, we do not bill insurance companies. All other appointments are direct pay and vary by individual please contact us to chat about a fee that fits your situation. In a limited capacity we see some people with no charge and this needs to be discussed before attending an appointment.
